Board member Tony Campbell was unanimously elected as President of the Sister City program at the September meeting of the board of directors, filling the position vacated by former President Phil Boley earlier this year.

Mr. Campbell’s term will run through January 2006. The board of directors looks forward to working with him in his new capacity.
